Started by people who read invoices for a living
AfH Abrechnung für Heilberufe GmbH was founded in Dießen am Ammersee by a small team with backgrounds in medical practice administration and health insurance correspondence. After years of answering the same billing questions over the phone, we built a place to write the answers down properly.
We are not a billing service, a payment processor, or an insurer. We are a reference point: somewhere to check what a GOÄ position means, why a claim might be queried, or how long a reimbursement typically takes.
